The 6th edition of World Government Summit was held in Dubai, UAE between 10th and 13th February.
#WGS hosts the leaders of the world, subject-experts and innovators under one roof to have a networked session on Changing the World - One initiative at a time, under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
As many as 4,000 delegates are expected to attend the event including heads of governments and representatives of 16 international organisations.
The sixth edition of the annual thought gala is hosting 130 speakers and 120 sessions mostly focused on shaping governments.

India’s Prime Minister @NarendraModi as guest of Honour at WGS
HH Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, tweeted: “Today we welcomed His Excellency @narendramodi Prime Minster of India, as a guest of honour @WorldGovSummit , attended by delegates from 140 countries.
